A protester disrupts a sermon by the first openly gay bishop as he preaches for the first time in Britain.
American bishop Gene Robinson said he would do everything to prevent a split in the Anglican church after the Archbishop of Canterbury banned him from attending this week's Lambeth conference of church leaders.
