Teen deaths through violent crime in London reach 19 after latest death

The 14-year-old victim of a stabbing three weeks ago dies in hospital.
David Idowu's death makes him the nineteenth teenager killed in violent crime in London this year.
It came as the Conservative leader, David Cameron, said anyone convicted of knife crime should go to prison, and the justice secretary indicated that recent sentencing guidelines for those caught with knives will be reviewed.
