Scarlett's mother appears in court

Fiona McKeown, the mother of the murdered teenager Scarlett Keeling, calls a summons to appear in court in the Indian State of Goa scaremongering and harassment.
Ms Mackeown, who left her 15-year-old daughter with locals while she continued her holiday in India, will tomorrow face a charge of negligence.
Two men have since been arrested for Scarlett's murder.
More4 News travelled to the family's home in Devon to gauge the feelings of the local community.
