Rhys parents' appeal to killer

Melanie Jones broke down as she described how the family were trying to deal with the tragedy.

Police have now released the six teenagers they were questioning over the murder.

The tributes continue to pour in for Rhys Jones, among them a visit from the Everton football team he loved so much.

But despite the support, the Joneses revealed today that they see no future for their family in Croxteth because they no longer feel safe.

10 people have so far been arrested in the hunt for Rhys's killer, but all have now been released - four without charge, the rest on bail.

And although the forensic search continues, the most important information is likely to come from the public.

Rhys's parents are hopeful about the investigation. But for them and for Rhys's brother, Owen, the painful process of rebuilding their lives will continue years after the killer has been caught.
