Rhys murder: teenager charged

A 17-year-old boy is charged with the murder of 11-year-old Liverpool boy Rhys Jones who was shot on his way home.
Gary Kayes, 25, and Melvyn Coy, 24, of Croxteth, and a 15-year-old and 16-year-old are charged with assisting an offender.
The 16-year-old has also been charged with possessing a firearm.
All five accused will appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court next Thursday.
