The murder of five young women in Suffolk has led to a murder hunt involving hundreds of officers.

The story
The disappearance of five girls in the Ipswich area shocked the nation. Police now suspect that a serial killer is on the loose and, at the time of writing on the 18 December 2006, they had arrested a man in connection with the crime.

When the third body was found, police began to fear they were looking for a serial killer:
11 Dec 2006: Third woman's body found

On December 12, two more bodies were found:
11 Dec 2006: Suffolk police find two more bodies

Police warnings are issued:
