Abu Izzadeen was one of six men arrested in police anti-terror raids today.
Six men have been arrested in connection with inciting others to commit acts of terrorism overseas and terrorist fundraising.
One of them is radical Muslim Abu Izzadeen, famous for heckling Home Secretary John Reid while he delivered a speech in east London in September 2005.
The men, who are all aged between 21 and 35, were apprehended in the early hours of 24 April at five addresses in London and one in Luton. Officers from Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command carried out the raids together with local police.
It is thought they are currently being held at Paddington Green police station in central London. Scotland Yard said searches were continuing as part of the investigation.
