Prisons: more youths restrained

More4 News has learnt of a 30 per cent increase in the numbers restrained in the last year at a children's prison near Milton Keynes.
The rising numbers of youths restrained in prison has been the subject of a damning report published today by the prisons chief inspector.
The privately run Oakhill Secure Training Centre houses almost 60 13 to 17-year-olds.
