Menezes ruling "shameful"

The family of Jean Charles De Menezes dismiss as shameful the decision that no police officers will be prosecuted for his killing.

There will be no prosecutions of the officers responsible for the killing of an innocent Brazilian electrician on his way to work.
Instead the Metropolitan Police will be prosecuted under health and safety laws for shooting dead Jean Charles de Menezes after mistaking him for a suicide bomber.
The decision was described as "shameful" and "unbelievable" by the Menezes family, as our home affairs correspondent Simon Israel reports.
