From red tops to broadsheets, the McCann case dominates front pages with headlines such as these.

The story of missing four-year-old Madeleine McCann has dominated news pages unlike any other in 2007. Even the BBC was forced to defend its coverage this week; defending itself by saying there was "unprecedented interest" in the story. Here is how the story has played out in the front pages during the past ten days:
