Livingstone suspends key advisor

London's Mayor, Ken Livingstone, has suspended one of his most senior advisers after allegations of financial irregularities.
Mr Livingstone said he'd decided to take action after Lee Jasper asked for the claims to be referred to the police.
The allegations concern money paid by the London Development Agency to several black organisations.
