Five arrested in connection with murder of Shakilus Townsend

Five people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old boy in south London last Thursday, reports Jane Dodge.
Shakilus Townsend died after being stabbed and beaten by a group of youths.
The arrests come as ministers say they want hospitals to pass on the details of all stabbings to police.
