Exeter bomber targets restaurant

Twenty-two-year-old Muslim convert Nicky Reilly is hurt in the blast he is suspected of causing at a restaurant in Exeter.

The man, arrested after an explosion in a family restaurant, has a history of mental illness and is believed to have been "preyed on" and "radicalised", according to Devon and Cornwall Police.

He's been described as having the mental age of a ten-year-old.
