Drug strategy to focus on children

The government's ten-year drugs strategy says there will be more emphasis on children growing up in drug-taking environments.
It also says arrangements will be made with foreign governments to reduce trafficking.
The most controversial measure, criticised by the Conservatives and civil liberties groups, is a plan to confiscate suspected dealers' possessions when they're arrested, with these later returned if they're found to be innocent.
