Body of missing disabled man found

Police say the discovery of a body, suspected to be that of missing James Hughes, is one of the saddest cases they've had to deal with.
Dental records are being used to confirm that the body found at the family home in Redditch is that of 22-year-old James, who had a mental age of 18 months.
Police are also trying to find out when he was last seen alive.
Local people and the wider community have been left shocked.
