Baby case spurs Haringey review

The children's secretary orders a review of children's welfare in Haringey after the death of a baby on the at-risk register. Emily Reuben reports.
Baby P, a 17-month-old boy on the at-risk register, was killed in the north London borough.
The decision to order an independent review follows bad-tempered clashes between Gordon Brown and David Cameron in the commons today.
