7/7 accused had Afghan training
Updated on 20 May 2008
The trial of three men accused of aiding the 7/7 bombers hears that one of them trained on the Afghan frontline. Andy Davies reports.
He has admitted travelling to the Afghan frontline with the ringleader of the 7 July bombers. But Waheed Ali has told a court he just tried to "go with the flow".
Mr Ali said he had been to a jihadi training camp with bomber Mohammed Siddique Khan - and had been given weapons training by the Mujaheddin.
He is among three men accused of aiding the London bombers. They all deny the charges.
