Were killer's murders predictable?

Daniel Gonzalez and his family told doctors he might kill, but a report into his psychiatric care says his four murders were not predictable.

An independent investigation into the psychiatric care of multiple murderer Daniel Gonzalez has concluded that no one could have predicted his killing spree.

But Gonzalez and his family had requested psychiatric help long before he murdered the four people and attacked several others in 2004. He did not get it.
