Sight restored after pioneering surgery

Eighteen-year-old Steven Howarth's deteriorating vision, caused by a faulty gene, improves after pioneering surgery.
The aspiring musician can now see the frets on his guitar and confidently strut a darkened stage.
But two other people who received the same gene therapy treatment didn't respond as positively.
