Sackings after waiting patient dies

Six people are sacked as a result of a fatal incident which was captured on a US hospital's CCTV.
Esmin Green had been waiting in the emergency room of Kings County Hospital in New York for almost 24 hours before she toppled off her chair and fell face down on the floor.
None of the staff or other patients batted an eyelid at the collapse of the 49-year-old and by the time someone checked on her more than an hour later, she was dead.
