Roche, the Swiss pharmaceutical giant, insisted it would not allow any other companies to make Tamiflu - despite a huge worldwide shortage.
Today, an Indian company said they had cracked the formula, and are already making the drug.
This as nine people in Turkey were taken to hospital for birdflu tests after the death of 40 pigeons.
