Jury out on vitamin supplements

A study by Danish researchers suggests that antioxidant vitamin supplements may do more harm than good.

Trials involving more than 230,000 men and women have provided no convincing evidence that supplements containing vitamins A, C and E make you any healthier.

And the researchers who reviewed the trials say they may even cause premature death.
