Updated on 10 July 2009
The case against a local health board charged with a breach of health and safety laws following the death of a patient has been adjourned.
Artist Sylvan Money, 26, from Presteigne, used her nightgown cord to hang herself from a curtain rail at Bronllys Hospital near Brecon, Mid Wales, in 2004.
The Health and Safety Executive is now prosecuting Powys Local Health Board under Section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
The case will next come before Brecon Magistrates on August 14.
