Has flu gone human-to-human in UK?

The health authorities are expected to confirm that Graeme Pacitti is the first British sufferer of swine flu who hasn't been to Mexico.

The World Health Organisation says the number of confirmed cases of swine flu around the world has reached 331.

Germany has become the latest country to report a case of the flu being transmitted to someone who had not been to Mexico - and Britain could follow suit this afternoon, if the NHS worker, Graeme Pacitti, is confirmed as having the disease.
