Foot and mouth confirmed in Surrey

A day after European Commission vets declared Britain disease-free, another foot and mouth outbreak has been confirmed.
The new case is in Surrey, where August's outbreaks also occurred.
The government has set up a ten-kilometre control zone around Milton Park Farm in Egham.
The farm is ten miles from the Pirbright research laboratories, where a leaking pipe has been blamed for causing last month's outbreaks.
Cattle have been culled and a national movement ban has been put in place to stop the disease from spreading.
