Fertility treatments won't help you get pregnant, says a new report

A new study suggests two common fertility treatments for couples don't work.

The treatments, artificial insemination and taking the drug Clomifene, were no more successful than trying to conceive naturally for couples whose fertility problems are undiagnosed.

A third of couples who struggle to have a baby fall in to this group.
