Experts reject 'presumed consent'

A commission set up to investigate Britain's lagging organ donation says a system of "presumed consent" is not the answer.
The UK Organ Donation Taskforce says that requiring people to opt out of having organs removed after their death is not the best way of increasing the number of organs available for transplant.
But the prime minister - who has supported opting out - has refused to rule out revisiting the issue.
