Exclusive: fears disabled could be moved from NHS care

Norfolk health trust admits it should have consulted a family over plans for their severely disabled daughter, as More4 News reports.
Up to 10,000 disabled adults could be moved from NHS-run residential care into homes in the community, under government proposals that are causing concern among their families.
