'Boob job' clinics to be revealed
Updated on 18 September 2008
Clinics which offer "life-changing" plastic surgery are to be named and shamed at a conference of top surgeons.
The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) will also unveil a "gritty" ad campaign warning people to think carefully before going under the knife.
The BAAPs annual meeting, beginning in Chester, will also unveil the results of the UK's largest survey into so-called "boob job" operations, the conclusions of a study of Botox users and a review of NHS cosmetic surgery provision around the UK.
The meeting begins later on Thursday at Chester racecourse.
