Blumenthal's Fat Duck falls ill
Updated on 06 March 2009
Heston Blumenthal has to cancel around 500 bookings as health officials investigate a stomach bug thought to come from at his restaurant.
It's been honoured as the finest restaurant in the world and costs around £130 a head, but the celebrity chef's Michelin starred Fat Duck is still firmly closed tonight after 400 diners are said to have fallen ill after eating there.
Blumenthal is said to be "upset and frustrated" by the health scare.
