When good biofuels turn bad

Some green campaigners are saying biofuels are bad for the environment and causing food shortages.

From tomorrow all petrol and diesel sold in the UK must contain at least 2.5 per cent biofuel under European Union rules.

But some green campaigners insist biofuels are damaging the environment and causing food shortages around the world.

So how do we tell the difference between "good" biofuels and bad ones?
