Transport still struggling as conditions ease

London's bus and tube system is back to normal, but there are significant delays and cancellations at airports across the country.
The road and rail system is still struggling to cope with snow and ice, with authorities in the south and east warning people only to travel if your journey is essential.
Businesses and schools have had a second day of disruption because of wintry weather, despite the conditions being slightly better than forecast.
