The snow's back as UK is hit for a second time

Most of England, from Yorkshire to the south west, is hit by heavy snowfalls, as is Wales, Northern Ireland and northern and southern parts of Scotland.

Roads, railways, airports and schools have all been disrupted again today by snow and ice in with some of the harshest weather conditions in almost twenty years.

Some local authorities are warning they are running low on salt for the roads, it what is for some areas the fourth day of snow, with more forecast over the next few days.
