Jon Snow presents this Channel 4 News special from a special venue - Tewkesbury Abbey - which, sitting on its newly formed island, has become the symbol of a region cut off by water.

The team will bring together the locals with their councillors, their utility companies, the environment agency charged with warning them and with politicians.

For the first time, they get to tell those who have so influenced their lives this week, just how they feel.
