In less than two decades, the city's population has exploded from two to 15million. Some estimates rank Lagos as the fastest growing city in the world.

That growth has come at a cost.

Lagos is a city with barely any public infrastructure. But this autumn a new centrally-driven transport strategy is being launched there. The scale of the challenge, however, is enormous.
