'Greener Britain a better Britain'

In an interview with the Independent newspaper the prime minister promises a "green revolution".
Ahead of this month's budget, which, Gordon Brown says, will be environmentally friendly, he told the paper that a greener Britain was a better Britain.
Some of Brown's environmentally friendly policies include the mass introduction of electric cars on the roads and almost half a million jobs in the green sector.
