Flood damage tops £1.5bn

The cost of damage caused by the flooding across England will be £1.5bn, according to insurers.
More than 27,000 homes are thought to have been damaged - turning thousands of people into 'environmental refugees'.
The prime minister said the Government would do all it can to help - promising what he called a comprehensive recovery programme.
The archbishop of Canterbury was in Hull today but businesses are also struggling to cope with the cost of the flood.
