Julian Rush reports on the deal agreed by EU leaders to cut carbon emissions by 20 per cent - but critics say it's not enough.
EU leaders in Brussels are celebrating after agreeing on new targets to significantly lower carbon emissions by 2020, but the response at the climate conference taking place in Poznan, Poland, is muted.
Campaigners are disappointed that countries have settled for a reduction of 20 per cent, and say the deal is flawed - undermining long-term climate goals.
