A family reacts with fury to the news that their council spied on them to check they were living where they claimed.
"Female and three children enter target vehicle and drive off."
The surveillance log is more like an intelligence document tracking terror suspects than a description of parents seeking a school for their child.
A family in Poole have reacted with fury at the discovery that their local council sent undercover investigators to spy on them.
Poole borough council claimed their investigation was justified under the regulation of investigatory powers act because they needed to check whether the parents really did live in the school catchment area.
