ETS says problems resolved, despite continued Sats confusion

English schools report more Sats problems after the contractor in charge of marking delivered the results late.

Pupils wrongly recorded as absent, papers still not returned, and erratic and unprofessional marking - just some of the claims.

The American company ETS has denied employing A-level students to mark papers, and insisted most of the problems have been resolved.

But that is not the story from many schools.
