BP suspends Bond helicopter flights
Updated on 02 April 2009
As Alex Salmond calls the helicopter crash a tragedy for Scotland, BP has halted all operations with the helicopter operator Bond.
There were no survivors following the crash off Aberdeenshire, and tonight rescuers called off their search for the eight bodies that remain missing.
As the names of all but one of the men on board were released, Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond called it a tragedy that would hit not just the local community, but the whole country.
