US push for energy efficiency

Combating climate change is likely to prove one of President Obama's toughest tasks, as Julian Rush reports.
He seemed to have the answers to so many questions when he was seeking election. And he has already announced limits on car exhaust emissions.
But his energy secretary, the Nobel prize-winning physicist Steven Chu, says energy efficiency is just as important in reducing carbon emissions.
