Tim Berners-Lee invented the world wide web, and then gave his invention to the world to use for free.
Now he wants to safeguard the web as a platform for innovation - and he's teaming up with the National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts to try to defend that core commitment of open and free access.
But since he's so keen to protect openness, who is its enemies?
