Sky is to offer live TV games without the need of a dish through games console Xbox.

Sky have today unveiled their new video on demand service to be based on the Xbox games console. Viewers will be able to watch live football matches over the internet without the need for a dish thanks to a deal struck with Microsoft.
Sky's channels will be available on the games console from the autumn and the British broadcaster promises new levels of interaction.
But the announcement comes just a week before the BBC Trust are expected to give approval for a rival system. The BBC already offers catch-up TV content via rival consoles, Sony's PlayStation 3 and Nintendo's Wii.
