Scientists warn against taking high doses of Vitamin B

Researchers have warned people not to start taking vitamin B tablets immediately, after a study found the vitamin could prevent the effects of Alzheimer's and dementia. One scientist told Channel 4 News patients must consult their doctor before taking the vitamin, with some studies linking the vitamin to cancer.
