Paedophile sites could be eradicated

Websites which propagate child sex abuse could be eradicated if there is a co-ordinated action around the world, a charity says.

The Internet Watch foundation said there were around 3,000 English language sites hosted abroad, which could be identified and targeted.

The IWF said ways of tackling the problem included working towards worldwide partnership to disrupt and remove websites, cooperation between hotlines and the industry to take sites down quicker.
