Copenhagen lobbying frenzy

Lobbying in Washington has stepped up because President Obama's climate change bill will determine many countries' policies.

December's climate summit in Copenhagen has been the focus of frantic diplomatic activity, all this week talks are going on in Barcelona.
But what action will the nations of the world take to combat global warming will in reality be decided in Washington.
