As more people switch onto broadband internet access, how switching providers is going to get more expensive.

If you're a regular viewer to Channel 4 News at Noon you'll know we've been reporting on the huge problems faced by people who are trying to switch broadband providers.

Well now BT, who manage much of the broadband network, are saying they will charge Internet Service Providers if they don't give customers the essential code needed to switch over easily.

Our Technology correspondent Benjamin Cohen explains.
