Are vitamins bad for you?

New research suggests that popping mega vitamin doses won't help you live longer - and could even lead to a premature death.

A review of 67 studies found "no convincing evidence" that high dose antioxidant supplements cut the risk of dying.

And the scientists at Copenhagen University said vitamins A and E could even interfere with the body's natural defences.
