Zimbabwe could collapse, leaders say
Updated on 24 November 2008
Zimbabwe, as a country, could collapse within weeks according to a group of world leaders.
The group - known as the Elders - include former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan and former US president Jimmy Carter, who've been refused visas for Zimbabwe.
After meeting with the head of the ANC in South Africa, they said the crisis in Zimbabwe is "much worse than anything we have imagined".
